Welcome to BeFriend Yoga!

These classes are taught by a group of teachers providing a set of classes separate from the Northwest Medical Massage Stay Well and Move yoga membership.

 

Classes start August 4, 2024!

You are encouraged to pay the teachers at arrival; there is no need to pay during sign up. 

​

While this yoga program is independent of Northwest Medical Massage, ALL are welcome to take the classes. We can't wait to see you in class!
